Welcome to my Domain. My name is Carolee Samuda, popularly known as Cardisa and I write on many topics and genres. I am diverse in that no subject is taboo for me. Articles in this domain range from skin care, SEO, short stories, romance, poetry and general articles of interest.

I spent over a decade in the health, fitness and martial arts industry where I not only worked as a fitness and personal trainer but also as a Martial arts instructor.

I have several certificates in fitness and personal training, martial arts, weight managment and life coaching. I am also a certified nutrition consultant.

Working in multiple positions as coordinator, instructor and tutor at the Jamaica Self-Defense Academy for over 10 years where I gained the necessary experience teaching biology, nutrition, martial arts, worked one on one with clients to achive their fitness goals, developed nutrition and weight loss programs for clients, developed the curriculum for the school and managed the general office duties, I believe I am great at time managemet and multitasking.

Before starting my freelancing career full time at home, I spent one year working as a personal chef where I created dishes from many different cuisines.

I have always loved cooking, hence my recipe hubs. I grew up in a restaurant family where my Mom owned her own restauarant. There were also four restaurants on my father's side of the family.
