The Twelve Best HubPages Tutorial Hubs
84Welcome readers!
I have never written a hub about another hub before, but I thought this was an exception since I will be giving you a list of the twelve best hubpages tutorial hubs that are published here on the site. At first I wanted to see how many tutorial hubs I could find and when that seemed like too much I decided to list the top twelve. Let me just say that I originally wanted to do twenty and might add them in time but I had to read each hub to make sure it was represented properly but time got the better of me.
Many of the people who write tutorial hubs have been here quite a long time and know the ropes better and have discovered how to navigate the site better, or how to make money . If you are a newbie, please take advantage of this opportunity and read the tutorials that will help you to enhance your hubbing experience and make you some money.
While you are at it, take a minute and check out the author's profile and some more of their hubs. Also visit the faq and learning center.
Please note that the HUBS are not listed according to their importance but rather how I have read and placed them.

1. How to Keep Your Hubber Score High
Here we have the tutorial by someone here under 12 months. This hubber, Victoria Lyn, has been here for six months and have achieved the coveted hubber score of 100 (one hundred) more than once. I think she was surprised as anyone else that it happened. Here she has written a hub on what she has done to keep her score high. This hub is filled with lots of useful information and must be read to help you achieve your goal of being in the top percentage of hubbers with scores over 90.

2. How to get started earning money in HubPages
Most of us signed on to Hubpages to make money. Of course there are those who just want to write and have no money troubles so are not fussy about making money here. As for the majority of us we want to make money off what we love. Why do a job that brings us discomfort when we love writing and writing can pay? It makes no sense.
At one of my doctor's visits when I was really depressed, by bood pressure sky rocketed and my cholesterol had become a problem, my doctor questioned me about my life. At my answers, he said to me "you will never be happy until you do what you love". So true. I am not makng much now but I am happy, my cholesterol and blood pressure are under control and I am depressed no more.
This Hub will guide you on how to start making money here on HP. Both oldies and newbies need this hub. It was written by a veteran named Sweetsusieg. She has been here for eighteen months and knows the ropes. Here hub and hubber scores are both 100 so see for yourself. Check out her profile and her hub.
3. How To Create a Hub : Hub Creation
This hub was written just a little over a month ago by the hubber Cagsil. The hub takes you through the process of creating a hub from start to finish. It's a step by step guide starting from the time you click that green link at the top of your page to the time you click publish.
Just in case you don't know how to create a hub, this is the tutorial for you. If you have no idea who Cagsil is, he has been around HP for two years and is the Forum's favourite and most popular poster. No other hubber has posted as many times with over 40,000 forum posts.
4. The 10 Most Common HubPages Mistakes
Relache is one of my favourite hubbers. We often end up in the same forum and she is such a helpful person. She was one of the first people to start writing on Hubpages five years ago when the site was fairly new and she knows the rules better than most of us. Her hub talks about the 10 most common mistakes made by hubbers, not only newbies but even hubbers here a long time. Take a look at this hub people and you will be amazed at the mistakes most of us make.
5. New Members Top 10 Most Common Mistakes
This is another hub by my friend Cagsil. New hubbers usually make the most mistakes here on HP because they don't take the time to read the FAQs or visit the learning center. Here in this hub Cagsil will list the mistakes, then he will explain each point. After reading this, newbies should be better equipped to handle themselves on Hubpages.
6. Raise your Hub Score and Maximize AdSense Revenue!
Dgicre has been here for nineteen months so he must know what he is talking about. He has some valuable tips in this hub for you. He tells you what to do before you start writing a hub, a technique I have used myself, and he also gives you tips on keywords and tags. Many more valuable info is contained in this hub, you have to read it for yourself to see what I am talking about.
7. Getting Started on HubPages: Step #1 - Create Great Content
This is an official Hubpages tutorial hub written by Hubages themselves. It tells you how to choose your topics, advice on what to write, what to place in your hubs and how to format your hub. All newbies should read this hub before they start any kind of hubbing. Who better to guide you than HP themselves?
8. How to use the Google Adwords Keyword Tool
Here is another one by Hubpages themselves. How to use the Adwords tool is very vital in finding relevant keywords to help with your content. Keyword use in online writing is very important. This guide will take you step by step through the process and when you are done, you will be better able to handle your keyword search.
9. Promote Your Hubs Using Tags :: How To Create Custom RSS Feeds
Here is a hub guiding you on how to promote your hubs. I found this one by accident because the one I always refer back to when I need RSS feed info was the one by Melbel. But this was has great info on using tags and creating RSS feeds. If you want to get more traffic from RSS this is the hub to read. Adweirdo has been a HP member for two years and is a valuable member of the community. Check him out.

10. Legality of using online photos/pictures/images found on or from the Internet: is there a legal use?
This hubber has been around for three years so should have some idea of the subject she writes about. Storytellersrus, writes about whether or not there are implications associated with modifying a copyrighted piece of art such as photos. All hubbers should read this because it's important to know your rights and the rights of the owner of the image. You also need to know whether there are consequences or not.
11. How I Make Money On Hubpages And Other Freelancing Site
Originally I had another hub here but the hub disappeared so I decided to place one of my own hubs here. This hub was created because a hubber asked me to explain how I earn on Hubpages and on Elance. Working from home full time, I have to make the online thing work because if it doesn't then I would have to find a job and that's not my goal. See how I do it here.
12. Creating Referral Links For Your Hubs
This hub rarely leaves the 100 mark. It has over 600 comments and was written over ten months ago. This hub written by PegCole17, tells you how to use your referral trackers to earn by getting new users to sign up and by earning from other hubs. In case you are confused about using your trackers or what they are, read the hub because I am going back to read again. I have not signed a single person since I joined HP. I am so ashamed.
